I've seen similar off a headland in Costa Rica ...And bulls sharks below. But if they were being chased you'd expect to see an occasional shark on the surface.
Perhaps they are just crazy for Haydn (or is it Mozart?).
Nah! Now it's dreadful sub-Hawaiian electronic luau music. Leave the poor animals alone -- or play them some real music and see what happens (The Ride of the Valkyries).

These look like mobula rays.
They are!
The moniker Devil Ray, although unscientifically diffuse, is most often applied to Mobulas.
JSD, apparently the jumps happen on the edges of the school, possibly in order to herd their prey towards the center.
