The claim (at the end of the second film) that the attacking gws was angry at people because it had recently been hooked -- is surprising. ...More info needed.
One would presume there was bait in the water and it didn't know what to try to eat.

Other than that, a real nice classical doco - so refreshing after all that cheap stunt work with Sharks that is being served to the populace!
First time I've been excited by a shark film since christ knows when, it looks very interesting, any idea when it's out?
Indeed: real old school with all the required time, means, scientific support etc!
The way I see it it was aired on ABC one year ago - dunno where else, maybe ask the film maker?
That's what I like about it, it has the old time adventure aspect which as you know, is my thing indeed! I'll look into it mate and if I find out I'll let you know
Hi guys..I made the Bremer doco..it aired in Australia on 3rd November 2013. Its airing again in Oz on 20th of this month. Its also about to air on Smithsonian in the US.
Read the info about why the shark belted our boat on my website .. riggsaustralia.com.. it had just been hooked by another boat fishing nearby

Congratulations Dave, this really looks like an excellent piece of work, head & shoulders above the crap they feed us on Shark Week!
Unfortunately, most of us will never get to see it on television - are you planning to sell it on DVD or the like?
