This appeared on facebook a coupla months ago and I said exactly the same as jsd, the angles and tragectory are all totally out of whack and it would indeed have had to be swimming upside down.

...Not convinced for 3 reasons:-
1) There is sunlit brightness on the shark that doesn't appear on the swordfish
2) The swordfish would have had to be swimming upside down for the shark to bite it thus
3) The foaming surface makes sense for what the shark is doing but not the swordfish

It would be very rare for a shark to attack prey that is the same size as itself
