This is very exciting news - agree, wow! If this is "for real", the Chinese deserve a huge recognition for this - it will be interesting to see what happens next.
As most foreign visiting dignitaries don't deserved to be served an expensive dish the Chinese have decided to serve them fish & Chips made from shark meat, er..flakes, instead.
