Pretty bad...reminds me of a scene from Crystal River and tourists molesting the manatees.
That's one aspect Felix.
How about the ship's crew encouraging the tourists to jump in w'out fins etc.
And what followed, as they say, is history.
That too, without a doubt...the perfect storm.
